It's also worth noting that complicated check-in processes can lead to some confusion, especially if you need assistance outside reception hours.

i was nearly ready to give a good review, but the sofa bed was horrid and the pillows were flatter than a pancake. also, why do i have to collect my garbage? i expected a complimentary welcome gift instead of this nonsense! honestly, i don’t know what they were thinking with their service.
